  1. D3 Teknik Industri,MS.Office  (A).
  2. D3 Akuntansi , Management, Informatika,SAP,MS.Excel,PPT,Word (B).
  3. D3 Teknik Otomotif/Industri,MS.Office,Driver (C).
  4. D3 Teknik Mesin,Menguasai Sofware Cad (D).
  5. D3 Desain Grafis,Adobe Photoshop,Corel,MS.Office (F).
  6. D3 Teknik,Computer,Excell master,Drive (G).
  7. D3 Teknik Mesin/Elektro,Kemampuan Mengajar (H).
  8. D3 Bahasa Jepang/Inggris,MS.Office,Comunication Skill (I).
  9. D3 all Teknik, dapat menggambar teknik Menyetir, Otomotif (J).
  10. Minimum GPA  2,90 (scale of 4).
  11. Preferably of age are max. 27 years-old.
  12. Show evidence of good level in English both oral & written (preferably those with TOEFL score min. 450).
  13. Ready to be placed in our plant / factory in Jakarta, Karawang, or Cibitung.
  14. Computer literate (min. Ms Office).
  15. Having extensive experience in organization is an advantage.
  16. Exhibit good leadership & interpersonal skill.
  17. Willing to work with day/night shift system.
  18. Interested in automotive industry.

Fluent in Japanese language is an advantages

DIVISON JOB DESCRIPTION
General Affairs – Making working plan of Preventive & corrective maintenance
– Building infrastructure & pool car repair & maintenance
– Scrap item monitoring
Human Resources – Handle administrative work related to all Human resources matter; Payroll, Training , recruitment & HR System
Plant Administration – Arrange & Monitoring Stock distribution to ADM vendor
Production – Arrange & monitor dies maintenance schedule
Paint Plant – Monitor & preparation of Daily painting production
– Monitor safety system & its prevention
– CRP Program
Domestic Marketing – Planning & promotion activity of Brand
Purchasing – Procurement (supplier and price determination tooling (dies, moud, C/F, jig & fixture)
– Routine price maintenance (adjustment due to forex, Material price fluctuation)
– Cost administration (info record to SAP, Cost report)
– Making facility purchasing strategy
Technical Service – Plan and evaluate training activity & facility (action Plan)
– Technical develpoment plan & database
– Conduct technical training : 3 Step & D-STEP
– Support local TC activity & facility
– Upgrade L/T instructors competencies
– conduct special training for fleet costumer & Un-aws
Quality – Finding defect on Line unit and coordination & dealing  with crossfunction
Research & Development – vehicle evaluation
– parts evaluation
– material evaluation
– Marketing Test Drive Vehicle Preparation
